Pricing
All prices quoted are based on a one day event. For multiple days, weekly and monthly rates, please call. Prices do not include our optional 10% DAMAGE WAIVER, call us about this valuable service.

Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is requested at the time the order is placed. Full payment plus a 25% security deposit is required at time of pick up. (Cash or Credit Cards Only - Unless payment is made 15 days in advance

Cancellations

The full rental rate will be charged for items canceled less than 10 days prior to the event.

Avoid Extra Charges...

The time the equipment is out of the store. (In most cases party equipment can be picked up the day before the event and returned the day after for a one day charge.) Check with your counter person to verify your return time.
The condition of the equipment when returned. ( A cleaning charge will be assessed on unclean items.)
Please remember that the responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time you take possession until time of return. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing, broken, or rain damaged items
Receiving Your Party Equipment

WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR EQUIPMENT OR WHEN IT IS DELIVERED

You Are Responsible For:

Inspecting the equipment you are receiving (to make sure that it is what you ordered).
Verifying that the quantities you receive are the same as those listed on your contract.

We Are Responsible For:
Providing equipment that is clean and in good working order.
Demonstrating how to use the equipment and providing written instructions (when applicable).
Counting with you to verify quantities.
Helping you load the equipment into your vehicle.
Providing you with outstanding service with a smile.

Returning Your Party Equipment
Return the equipment clean, in good working order and in the quantities listed on your contract.
Return the equipment in the same container or bag it was received in.
Tent Return Policy:Unless otherwise stated, our economy tents can be picked up the day before your event and are due back the day after the party
Time Sensitive Rental Items Return Policy

Special Rental Items are time sensitive. This means that they can be picked up anytime after 11:00 am the day of the event and are due back the next morning by 9:30 am (Note in the summer we open at 9:00 am on Sunday morning to receive returns.)

Deliveries & Pick Ups

Charges for this service based on dock or first floor drop-off. Upper floor & basement deliveries, as well as long distance carrying, require additional delivery charges.
Rental Items delivered will be neatly stacked at a mutually convenient location.
On Pickup, all rental items should be stacked in the same location, tables & chairs folded, food serving items cleaned & returned to appropriate containers
Delivery charges do not include set-up or take-down. If you require this service, please request a rate at time of reservation

IN ADDITION:

China, Silver, Utensils, etc.:Should be cleaned and repacked in the same containers they were received in. *It is not necessary to rebag equipment.
Linens: Should be dry and refuse free to prevent staining and mildew. Please fold and stack them to facilitate counting.

Tables and Chairs: Unless we are contracted to take down the tables & chairs, they are to be folded and stacked.

All items should be assembled as specified above and located in a single location for pick up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.

Planning For Tents and Inflatables

BEFORE YOU STAKE, CALL JULIE
Illinois law requires you to CALL JULIE (800 -892-0123) at least 48 hours (two working days) prior to any type of excavation projects or projects that require stakes to be driven. The 48 hours does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. Rentals Unlimited is not responsible for damage to underground obstructions incurred while installing tents, moonwalks or other inflatables.

All inflatables need to be set up on grass (no hard surfaces) and within 50' of an electrical outlet. The area where you plan to set up the inflatable must be free of overhead impediments. Listed below is the space required for each inflatable.
Moonwalks & Jumpasaurus - 15' x 15' and need a 20' x 20' area
Seaweed the Sea Monster - 30' x 40' area

Once the inflatable is up it must be staked down according to the manufacturer's instructions
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Should it begin to rain or become very windy the inflatable should be evacuated immediately. If you are not able to use the inflatable due to inclement weather we will prorate your charge or give you extra time. Do not leave electrical devices or extension cords out in the rain.

Planning For Your Tent

When planning for a tent it is important to survey the site where you want to place the tent. You will need an area that is free of obstructions. Allow an area the size of your tent plus an additional 6' around the perimeter of the tent (i.e. a 20' X 20' tent requires an area of 32' x 32' for complete installation). The stakes can be placed in gardens, the neighbor's yard (with permission) and sometimes through fences. The most important stakes and ropes are at the corners of the tent.

Rentals Unlimited Offers Two Types of Tents:

The Elite Deluxe Tent:These tents are made of 11-14 oz. vinyl laminated tent fabric and must be installed by our staff. Clear or solid white wall, as well as lighting, flooring, carpeting and heating are all available for these tents.
Economy Tent: These colorful tents will add a festive atmosphere to any party. They are light-weight and easy to set up. Easy to follow instructions and tools are included. The economy tents are not designed to withstand high winds or heavy rains.
